Many digital health platforms stop short of prescribing because it needs licensed doctors, licence verification and prescribing rules that differ from one EU country to the next. Without it, patients leave the platform at the moment they need treatment.How does the integration work?
Your platform reads the questionnaire schema withGET /v1/partner/questionnaires/{slug}, shows the questions in your own interface and validates the answers; see Questionnaires and schema. It then uploads any photos the questionnaire asks for and sends the answers in one API call. An EU-licensed doctor reviews the case, may ask the patient a question first, and decides. Webhooks report each status change, and test mode lets you build before going live.
