The cost of any prescribed medication is separate and is charged by the dispensing pharmacy. A plan price is not your total cost — you will see the medication price for your specific prescription before any payment is taken.

Every category, and what it costs

Weight loss and hair loss come both ways. The plan is the default at checkout, but either can also be bought as a €35 one-time consultation with no subscription. For hair loss the one-time consultation covers 30 days of treatment, where the plan covers 90; for weight loss it is a single medical review with no renewal included. The other ten categories are one-off consultations only; none of them can be taken as a plan, dermatology included.

One-off consultations

€35 per consultation

Sexual health, premature ejaculation, chlamydia, urinary tract infection, emergency contraception and HIV PrEP. Pay once; there is nothing to cancel.

€40 per skin consultation

Acne, rosacea, melasma and anti-ageing. Includes reading the photographs you upload. Pay once; not available as a plan.
A one-off is a single medical review by a registered doctor. If the doctor does not issue a prescription, the consultation fee is refunded in full.

Ongoing treatment plans

A plan covers repeat consultations and continued medical follow-up for as long as it is active.
Plans exist for weight loss and hair loss only. The plan is the default for both, and both can be bought as a €35 one-time consultation instead. Every other category — sexual health, the four prevention pathways and all four dermatology pathways — is a one-off consultation.

Managing a plan

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, not immediately — your treatment and access continue until that date, and you can reactivate before it passes. Card details, billing address and plan changes are handled in the Stripe billing portal. Hi-Doctor never sees or stores your card number.
Through the MCP connector you can check your plan, cancel, reactivate, request an early order, and open the billing portal — all from chat.
