Every Hi-Doctor consultation follows the same path. You answer a health questionnaire, a registered doctor reads your answers and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and — where it is — a prescription is issued and dispensed through a partner pharmacy. Follow-up carries on afterwards in a private message thread with the medical team.

The Hi-Doctor consultation flow — a licensed doctor reviews every case.

1

Complete a health questionnaire

You answer questions about your health, medical history, current medication and the outcome you want. The questionnaire adapts as you go — some questions only appear based on earlier answers.Answers are checked as they are submitted. If something makes the treatment clinically unsuitable for you, the questionnaire stops there and explains that it cannot proceed.
2

Pay for the consultation

You pay for the medical review — either a one-off consultation or an ongoing plan. Payment is handled by Stripe.
3

A doctor reviews your case

A registered doctor reads your answers and decides whether treatment is appropriate. They may approve it, choose a different treatment or dose, ask you a question first, or decline. This decision is always made by the doctor. It is never automated and never delegated to an AI assistant.
4

Your prescription is issued and dispensed

If approved, a prescription is issued electronically and sent to a partner pharmacy, which dispenses and ships your medication. You can download your prescription at any time.
5

Follow-up

You keep a private message thread with the medical team. On a treatment plan you can also track progress — weight, injections and daily notes — and request repeat treatment when it is due.

Eligibility

Treatment is only offered where a doctor judges it clinically appropriate. Some answers rule it out entirely — for example a contraindicated medical history, an interacting medication, pregnancy, or a body mass index below the threshold for weight-loss treatment. These checks are applied when your questionnaire is submitted, whether you answer on the website or through the MCP connector. They cannot be skipped. You must be 18 or over and resident in a supported country.

Reporting a side effect

If you experience a suspected side effect, report it from your account or through the connector, and it goes to the clinical team.
For anything severe or sudden, contact your local emergency number first.
