Hi-Doctor is an online medical service. A patient completes a health questionnaire, a registered doctor reviews it, and — where it is clinically appropriate — a prescription is issued and dispensed through a partner pharmacy. Follow-up happens through a private message thread with the medical team. Twelve consultation categories are covered: weight loss, hair loss, sexual health and premature ejaculation, four prevention pathways — chlamydia, urinary tract infection, emergency contraception and HIV PrEP — and four dermatology pathways for acne, rosacea, melasma and anti-ageing. What each one involves is on Treatment areas. Everything a patient can do on hi-doctor.ai is also available programmatically: through the Hi-Doctor MCP connector for AI assistants, and through the REST API for direct integration.

What the MCP connector does

Once connected, an assistant acting on your behalf can:
  • Complete a medical questionnaire conversationally — one question at a time
  • Get a payment link for a consultation or treatment plan
  • Read consultations, prescriptions and payment history
  • Message the medical team and read replies
  • Track progress: log and correct weight, injections and daily notes
  • Manage a subscription — cancel, reactivate, or open the billing portal
It cannot do anything a patient could not do themselves. Clinical decisions — approving a consultation, issuing or changing a prescription — remain with the doctor and are not exposed to any assistant.
