Which countries can use Hi Doctor?
Your country of residence is part of your profile and is checked before you
pay. If it is outside this list, checkout is refused rather than taking
payment. Developers send the same countries as ISO codes: alpha-3 in the
patient API (
DEU, FRA, POL; see account sign-up)
and alpha-2 in the Partner API (DE, FR, PL; see
submit a consultation).
Can you use a Hi Doctor prescription in another EU country?
If the doctor prescribes, you receive a prescription you can use at a pharmacy. The kind of prescription you receive is explained on How it works. EU rules on cross-border healthcare provide for a prescription issued in one member state to be recognised in another, where the dispensing pharmacy can verify it and its prescriber. Dispensing still follows the rules of the pharmacy’s country, the availability of the medicine and the information required on the prescription. A pharmacy may ask for a paper copy where electronic systems do not connect.Which languages is Hi Doctor available in?
The service is available in eight languages:

It controls the language of your emails and of questionnaire text, and can be
changed at any time, including through the MCP connector.
