Hi-Doctor operates across the European Union. Treatment is offered to residents of EU countries, and prescriptions are dispensed through partner pharmacies within the EU. Your country of residence is captured in the questionnaire. If it falls outside the supported area, the questionnaire will tell you rather than taking payment.

The service is available in seven languages: Portuguese is European Portuguese.
Your account language is a profile setting. It controls the language of emails and of the site, and can be changed at any time — including through the MCP connector.
