Why Hi-Doctor doesn’t prescribe it

A licensed doctor decides case by case, and Hi-Doctor never prescribes without evaluation. The doctor reviews your questionnaire, rules out contraindications, and explains the available options clearly. If your case is not eligible for any of them, the doctor tells you at no extra cost.

What can be considered instead

Sildenafil (Viagra)

Phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor. The doctor assesses it after ruling out cardiovascular contraindications.

Tadalafil 10/20 mg

Long-acting PDE5 inhibitor. Available in low doses for daily use or higher doses on demand. See the tadalafil page.

Vardenafil 5/10/20 mg

Alternative within the same class, sometimes better tolerated depending on the patient’s profile.

Avanafil 50/100/200 mg
