# Vyleesi — why Hi-Doctor doesn't prescribe it

> Vyleesi is a sexual health medicine Hi-Doctor doesn't prescribe today, and the EU-authorised alternatives a doctor considers instead.

Vyleesi belongs to sexual health, but Hi-Doctor does not prescribe it directly today. Although Vyleesi is associated with sexual health, it is not the first-line medicine Hi-Doctor prescribes — the alternatives offered instead carry robust clinical evidence and EMA authorisation.

## What it is

Vyleesi is associated with sexual health consultations, but is not one of the options a Hi-Doctor doctor prescribes. A licensed doctor reviews your case and chooses between the EU-authorised alternatives below; if none is safe for you, they say so at no cost.

## Why Hi-Doctor doesn't prescribe it

A licensed doctor decides case by case, and Hi-Doctor never prescribes without evaluation. The doctor reviews your questionnaire, rules out contraindications, and explains the available options clearly. If your case is not eligible for any of them, the doctor tells you at no extra cost.
