# Pricing

> What Hi-Doctor charges: €35 per one-off consultation, or an ongoing plan from €25. Medication is billed separately by the pharmacy.

All prices below are in euros and cover the **medical consultation only**.

  **The cost of any prescribed medication is separate** and is charged by the
  dispensing pharmacy. A plan price is not your total cost — you will see the
  medication price for your specific prescription before any payment is taken.

## One-off consultation

  area. Pay once; there is nothing to cancel.

## Ongoing treatment plans

A plan covers repeat consultations and continued medical follow-up for as long
as it is active.

| Weight loss    | **€25 / month** | billed every 28 days     |
| Hair growth    | **€15 / month** | billed €45 every 90 days |

  Plans are available for **weight loss** and **hair growth** only. Sexual health
  is offered as a one-off consultation.

### What a plan includes

* Repeat medical reviews without paying per consultation
* Progress tracking — weight, injections and daily notes
* Ongoing messaging with the medical team

### Managing a plan

You can cancel at any time. **Cancellation takes effect at the end of the
current paid period, not immediately** — your treatment and access continue
until that date, and you can reactivate before it passes.

Card details, billing address and plan changes are handled in the Stripe
billing portal. Hi-Doctor never sees or stores your card number.

  reactivate, request an early order, and open the billing portal — all from
  chat.

## What is not included

The price above is for the medical service. The cost of any prescribed
medication is separate and is charged by the dispensing pharmacy.
